About these terms
FABILLION is a listening atlas of stories told by people, for children aged 6 to 12 and the adults who look after them. These terms will apply to everyone who creates an account or uses FABILLION.
The company details, the governing law and the countries FABILLION launches in are still to be decided and will be added after legal review.
Accounts are for adults
An adult creates the family account and is responsible for it. Keep your password and your Family PIN to yourself: the Family PIN is what keeps purchases, privacy and account settings away from children.
One adult account can also become a storyteller account. Storytellers agree to the Storyteller Agreement as well.
Children use FABILLION through your account
Children listen through profiles that you create and manage. A child's profile is private: it is never public, never searchable and can't send or receive messages. You decide which stories fit through the experience band you choose.
Stories
Stories belong to their storytellers or to the traditions they come from. You may listen to them for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, re-record, sell or share recordings outside FABILLION.
Storytellers
Storytellers are people, not machines. Every story is reviewed for rights, age fit and cultural care before children can hear it. The Storyteller Agreement and the Story Content Standards set what storytellers commit to.
Payments
Payments are not switched on. Nothing is charged, and no card details are collected. When subscriptions open, the Subscription, Billing and Cancellation policy and the Refund Policy will apply. Prices are still to be decided.
Safety and reporting
You can report a story, a storyteller, a cultural claim, a rights problem or a technical fault. FABILLION may pause or remove content while a report is checked. Misuse of FABILLION can lead to an account being suspended.
Changes to these terms
Each change will be published as a new version with its own date. The version you accepted is recorded and never overwritten. If a change matters, you will be told before it takes effect.
