Draft for legal review — not in effect
This document describes how FABILLION is being built. It hasn't been reviewed by lawyers for any country and isn't a binding agreement yet. When a version is approved, its date will be shown here.
When this applies
If you believe a story on FABILLION uses your work, or a community's story without proper credit, you can raise a claim.
Raising a claim
Use Help and contact, choose the rights topic, and include:
- the story and storyteller;
- what you believe is yours, and why;
- how we can reach you.
While a claim is reviewed
The story may be paused, so children don't hear it while the claim is open. The storyteller is told and can respond.
The storyteller's response
The storyteller can explain their rights or the story's source. Rights reviewers weigh both sides.
Outcome
The story is restored, changed — for example with corrected credit — or removed. Both sides are told the outcome. Time limits for each step are still to be decided.
