About refunds
This policy will explain when a subscription payment can be refunded and how.
Current status
Payments are not switched on, so there is nothing to refund. Refund windows and how chargebacks are handled are still to be decided.
Asking for a refund
Once payments open, an adult will be able to ask for a refund through Help and contact. Each request will be answered by a person.
How refunds are recorded
A refund is recorded as a new entry; the original payment record is never changed. The storyteller's earnings are adjusted the same way.
