Draft for legal review — not in effect
This document describes how FABILLION is being built. It hasn't been reviewed by lawyers for any country and isn't a binding agreement yet. When a version is approved, its date will be shown here.
Keeping only what is needed
FABILLION keeps information only as long as it's needed for the reason it was collected, or as long as the law requires.
Principles
- Children's listening records are kept only to let them carry on and see what they heard.
- Deleted profiles leave the active systems; backups expire on a fixed schedule.
- Records that prove what was agreed or decided are kept as long as they're needed.
Retention periods
The period for each kind of record is still to be decided and will be listed here after legal review.
Records that are never edited
Which policy version you accepted, your privacy choices, payment records and the staff audit log are kept as unchangeable history. A change is a new record, never an edit.
Deletion
When you delete a child's profile or your account, its information is removed from active use. How long removal from backups takes will be set with the retention periods.
