Subscribing to storytellers
Families will subscribe to the storytellers they want in their Story Circle. Part of each subscription goes to the storyteller.
Current status
Payments are not switched on. No subscription can be bought, nothing is charged and no card details are collected. Prices, currencies and plans are still to be decided.
How it will work
Only an adult can subscribe, in Family settings behind the Family PIN. Before paying you will see the price, how often it renews and the terms version that applies.
Cancelling
You will be able to cancel in Family settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Children never pay
Children never see prices or payment screens, and nothing in the children's app asks them to buy anything.
