Storyteller Agreement

What storytellers commit to, and what FABILLION commits to in return.

DraftVersion 0.1Last updated October 8, 2026Not in effect yet

Draft for legal review — not in effect

This document describes how FABILLION is being built. It hasn't been reviewed by lawyers for any country and isn't a binding agreement yet. When a version is approved, its date will be shown here.

About this agreement

Storytellers agree to it when they set up a storyteller profile. Until this draft is approved, they agree to the commitments below, which the Studio records with a date.

Your commitments

  • Every story is told in a human voice — yours or a credited narrator's. No synthetic voices.
  • Stories are made by people, not generated by AI.
  • You have the right to tell each story, or say honestly that you're not sure yet.
  • You credit where each story comes from, with honest uncertainty.
  • Your stories go through review before children hear them.
  • You never contact children or ask about them.

Review and publication

Your profile and stories are reviewed before they become public. Reviewers may ask for changes and explain why. FABILLION may pause or remove a story if a report shows a problem.

Your rights

You keep the rights in your stories and recordings. You allow FABILLION to host and play them to families; the scope and length of that permission will be set when this agreement is approved.

Earnings

Payments are not switched on, so there are no earnings yet. How earnings will be calculated is set out in the Creator Earnings and Payout Policy.

Verification

Identity verification for storytellers is not set up yet. Its levels and what they require are still to be decided.

Stopping

How a storyteller stops — and what happens to their published stories — will be set out when this agreement is approved.
