Draft for legal review — not in effect

This document describes how FABILLION is being built. It hasn't been reviewed by lawyers for any country and isn't a binding agreement yet. When a version is approved, its date will be shown here.

Our commitment

Children's safety comes before growth, engagement or revenue. These commitments shape every part of FABILLION.

Safe by design

  • No messages, comments or chat — no way for adults to reach children.
  • No public child profiles, rankings or follower counts.
  • No location: the Atlas shows where stories come from, never where a child is.
  • Purchases, privacy and account settings sit behind the Family PIN.

Nothing unreviewed reaches children

Stories are reviewed for rights, age fit, safety and cultural care before publication. A published story can be paused at once while a report is checked.

Staff

Staff access follows their role and is logged. Support staff see a child's profile only as a reference and an age band.

Raising a concern

Report any safety concern through Help and contact. Urgent safety reports are looked at first.

Working with authorities

How FABILLION reports concerns to the authorities in each country will be set out after legal review, once the launch countries are decided.
